TNT MEET ENTRY POLICY
Once meet notices have been received by TNT, they are distributed to the FAMILIY FILE FOLDERS of those TNT swimmers who will be entered into the meet. It is the responsibility of TNT families to regularly check their file folders for meet notices.
If a swimmer is UNABLE to attend a meet to which they are being entered, they must OPT OUT of the meet prior to the ENTRY DEADLINE.
Unless a swimmer has opted out, they will AUTOMATICALLY BE ENTERED INTO THE MEET and their entry fees will be deducted from their meet escrow account.
OPTING OUT of MEETS
There are two methods provided for swimmers to opt out of scheduled meets.
1) Check the TNT meet entry deadline. This deadline can be found on the swimmer's meet notice, as well as on the meet schedule and opt out pages of the TNT web site. Complete and submit the online form(s) not later than the listed entry deadline.
2) Read and complete thehard copy, opt out form attached to the meet notice. Prior to the entry deadline, deposit the opt out form in Coach Mittemeyer's file, located in the family file box.
