BSL Summer in the South Invitational

Nine TNT swimmers competed at the 2017 Birmingham Swim League Summer in the South Invitational, held June 17 - 18 in Birmingham, Alabama. TNT had a great meet, accounting for
1 New Southeastern Swimming Record, 1 New Southeastern Long Course Championship Qualifying Time, 7 New Team Records, 9 Improved Time Standards and 33 Improved Times.
Congratulations to Levenia Sim, who established a new Southeastern Swimming Record in the 10 & Under girls 100 meter butterfly. Levenia's time of 1:10.74, beat the previous record held by Kiara Norris and Lilly Zhang of 1:11.07, and currently ranks #1 nationally. This is Levenia's second Southeastern Swimming record, as she also owns the 100 yard butterfly record of 1:02.23, which she set in March at the NCSA Age Group Championships in Orlando, FL. Levenia is the first and only TNT swimmer to break a Southeastern Swimming record.

Levenia set a new Southeastern Swimming Record in the 10 & under girls 100 meter butterfly
